Sheep casings are imported from New Zealand, Australia, China, the United States and Europe, always having the highest standards of quality and safety control in mind. This product has a grading variation from 18mm to 30mm, and can be long, medium or short in length.

Product used for:

Slim chicken, pepperoni, tenderloin, mixed meats sausages, fresh or cured as well as for regular sausages or hotdog type.

Pork casings are imported from Europe, China and from the United States. We offer a large variety of products with a grading variation ranging from 26mm to 48mm, long, medium or short in length, in order to meet request of any type of industry, be it big or small.

Pepperoni, Portuguese, tenderloin sausages, fresh or cured.

The celulose casings are part of the innovative casing line of Brascase, developed by specialized partner firm abroad and imported with exclusivity, we can now cover to a wide range of products, including for production of hot-dog sausages, hams and meat. With various sizes and colors available, completing our casing line with the largest variety for sausage market.

Main indications: hot dog sausages, mortadella, ham

Brascase colagen casings are manufactured in China with an exclusivity clause for the import and distribution by Brascase. They are the result of 15 years of research and development of a product for the Brazilian market. This kind of casing is manufactured using animal collagen, being highly resistant, presenting great texture and uniform grading. They are produced in sticks meeting the particular needs of a client, presenting ease at the filling process and high productivity. This kind of casing offers a large array of grading varying from 19mm up to 120mm.

Product used for:

The smaller grading casings are used in slim chicken, pork, mixed meats sausages, fresh, smoked, cooked as well as for regular sausages or hotdog type.

Bigger grading casings are indicated to be filled with pepperoni, Portuguese, salami and salamelle (dried pork sausage).
